Before and After Nasal Tip Plasty with Dr. Philip Solomon of Toronto. Our patient is a 21 year old female who wanted to significantly change the shape of her nose. We carried out a closed rhinoplasty to address multiple concerns including nasal tip ptosis, a dorsal hump and the shape of her nasal tip. We debulked and lifted the nasal tip as well as addressed the dorsum by eliminating the hump and narrowing the bridge.
