Before and After Nasal Tip Plasty with Dr. Philip Solomon of Toronto. Our patient is a 29 year old female who wanted to address the shape of her nose including her nasal tip. We carried out closed rhinoplasty to remove the dorsal hump, narrow the nasal bridge and modify the shape and position of her nasal tip. We were able to triangulate her nasal tip as indicated in the basal view for a more refined nasal appearance. Before and after Nasal Tip Plasty pictures with Dr. Philip Solomon are 4 weeks apart.
