24 year old female underwent Closed Rhinoplasty by Dr. Solomon to narrow and refine her nasal appearance. She wanted a more delicate and refined nasal tip and a narrower nasal bridge. Projection of the nasal tip was also reduced. Our patient was very pleased with the refinement. Before and after pictures were taken 1 year apart.
