All Patients will be assessed by Dr Solomon prior to surgery. The patient will be evaluated as to there candidacy for surgery. Eligible patients who schedule surgery will make arrangements for there surgery at one of our Hospitals or private clinics. A 1000 dollar non refundable deposit will be made when booking surgery.
Patients that have any medical issues will be seen before surgery by the anesthesiologist if deemed necessary. Prior to surgery surgical photos and imaging will be performed. If the surgery has to be rescheduled within two weeks notice a rebooking fee may be charged of 700 dollars. If there is a medical reason for rebooking then we will possibly wave this fee.
If a patient cancels surgery before two weeks of the procedure they will lose there deposit. If surgery is cancelled within two weeks of the surgery the patient will lose the entire surgical fee unless they wish to rebook the surgery for another date. If the rebooking is within two weeks of the surgery the rebooking fee of 700 dollars will apply.
If there is a medical reason to cancel surgery a full refund will be given unless it is determined within two weeks of the surgical date the cancellation fee of 500 dollars may apply to cover the cost of the lost operating room time.
