Before and After Facial Fat Grafting with Dr. Philip Solomon of Toronto. Dr. Philip Solomon performed a Lower Blepharoplasty combined with Facial Fat Grafting on this 43 year old female to address her lower eyebags. Dr. Solomon used the transconjunctival approach to remove excess fat. We then augmented areas of hollow with fat grafting to better blend the lower eyelids with the upper cheek. The lower eyelids were then treated with CO2 Laser Resurfacing to tighten the surrounding skin, minimizing fine lines and brightening skin tone.
