Before and After Nasal Tip Plasty with Dr. Philip Solomon of Toronto. Our patient is an adorable 16 year old female who wanted to address a dramatic change to the shape of her nose. She underwent a closed rhinoplasty one week prior and her cast was removed moments before this photo was taken. We removed the dorsal hump, narrowed the nasal bones, debulked and sutured the nasal tip and repositioned the tip to achieve a cuter and more feminine nasal appearance.
