Hairline Lowering - Before & After
Before and After Hairline Lowering Surgery with Dr. Philip Solomon of Toronto. Dr. Philip Solomon performed a combination of two surgeries on this patient to address facial balance. She came to us looking to address the size of her forehead, which she felt was too large and out of balance with the rest of her face. She also wanted to address her upper white lip, which she felt was too long. We performed Hairline Lower Surgery to help minimize the height of her forehead and the Modified Upper Lip Lift, to reduce the distance between the nasal base and upper red lip. Hairline Lowering helps reduce the height of the forehead, bringing the hairline forward. This procedure is performed under general anesthesia in a 2 hour surgery. The modified upper lip lift reduces the length of the white lip and enhances the upper red lip, giving it more volume. Before and after hairline lowering pictures and before and after Hairline Lowering pictures are 6 weeks apart.
