Rhinoplasty and Neck Plasty preformed. Notice the improved nasal shape with tip elevated and bump removed. The Neck was substantially improved all through a submental platysma neck plasty. This case is an example of a women with a desire to enhance neck countour but is not quite ready for a formal facelift. Results are substantial and scaring is limited to a small incision under the chin.
