Our patient is a 56 year old female who underwent Lower Blepharoplasty combined with Fat Grafting and C02 Laser Resurfacing to address herniated lower eyelids, hollowing and skin laxity. This patient also underwent a Deep Plane Facelift to address facial aging, addressing the mid-face, jawline and neck. I came to see Dr. Solomon to inquire about a chin implant. I didn't have much definition on my jawline and my chin before was almost non-existent.
