Before and After Lower Blepharoplasty with Dr. Philip Solomon of Toronto. Our patient is a 52 year old female who was bothered by her lower eyelids as she was experiencing crepey skin, eye bags and hollowing. She was also concerned with upper eyelid hooding. We performed a combination of surgeries including Lower Blepharoplasty, Fat Grafting and C02 Laser Resurfacing of the lower eyelids. We also performed a Brow Lift to address her upper eyelid hooding. I came to see Dr. Solomon to inquire about a chin implant. I didn't have much definition on my jawline and my chin before was almost non-existent.
