Before and after Lower Blepharoplasty with Dr. Philip Solomon of Toronto. This 25 year old beauty came to us to address some genetic concerns to enhance her aesthetic appearance. She was most bothered by the hollowing under eyes as well as her chin projection, the fullness in her lower cheeks and brow position. We performed a Lower Blepharoplasty with Fat Grafting of the tear troughs and upper cheeks, an Endoscopic Brow Lift, Buccal Fat Removal and Chin Implant Surgery to achieve this result. I came to see Dr. Solomon to inquire about a chin implant. I didn't have much definition on my jawline and my chin before was almost non-existent. Dr. Solomon discussed my options and further explained the benefits of a chin implant which excited me even more.
