Before and After Rhinoplasty with Dr. Philip Solomon of Toronto. This patient is a lovely young woman with Binder syndrome, a congenital condition leading to an underdevelopment of the mid face, flattened nose, under developed upper jaw and protruding lower jaw. We carried out reconstructive rhinoplasty with a rib graft to achieve this result. The patient also underwent jaw surgery.
