This 20 year old young woman had been unhappy with the shape of her nose for many years prior to undergoing rhinoplasty surgery. She wanted a smaller nose that complimented her other facial features. Dr. Philip Solomon performed a closed rhinoplasty at his Toronto surgical centre. An osteotomy was carried out to narrow the nose, shorten the projection of the nose and to refine the nose. She now has a lovely shape to her nasal bridge.  Nasal tip plasty was performed for further refinement. Her before and after closed rhinoplasty pictures were taken 4 weeks apart.
