Before and after Closed Rhinoplasty with Dr. Philip Solomon of Toronto. This delightful patient visited us one year following her rhinoplasty. This procedure improved her facial balance considerably and provided a natural and feminine nasal shape. Her dorsal hump was removed, her nasal bridge shortened and narrowed and her nasal tip gently rotated for a more refined appearance.
