Before and after Closed Rhinoplasty with Dr. Philip Solomon of Toronto. This beautiful patient came to us looking for an elegant and refined nose. Her main concerns were her dorsal hump (bump) and the projection of her nose. Using the intra-nasal approach, we trimmed cartilage and reshaped the nasal bone to achieve this very feminine and natural looking nasal appearance. Dr. Solomon has been performing rhinoplasty surgery for over 2 decades to patients of all ethnic grounds, with varying aesthetic concerns. Before and after rhinoplasty pictures are 7 weeks apart.
