Dr. Philip Solomon performed an ethnic rhinoplasty on this lovely 26 year old female who wanted to retain her natural appearance and ethnicity while reshaping her nose. She wanted to primarily remove the dorsal hump and attain a smaller, cuter and more feminine nasal appearance. The bridge was narrowed, the nasal tip repositioned and hump removed in a closed rhinoplasty performed under general anesthesia.
