Before and After Closed Rhinoplasty with Dr. Philip Solomon of Toronto. This lovely patient came to us looking for refinement to her nose. She wanted to remove the dorsal hump, lift the nasal tip and shorten the nasal bridge, creating a more feminine nasal appearance. Dr. Philip Solomon performed an intra-nasal surgery; no external sutures were required. She is now 6 weeks post-op and is very pleased with her surgical outcome. She only wishes she had done this surgery 20 years ago. Dr. Philip Solomon has been specializing in rhinoplasty surgery for over 20 years in Toronto. Before and after rhinoplasty pictures are 6 weeks apart.
