Before and After Closed Rhinoplasty with Dr. Philip Solomon of Toronto. This lovely 36 year old female was bothered by her nasal shape for many years. She learned that facial cosmetic rhinoplasty surgery was accessible to her in recent years and proceeded towards this goal. She came to us looking for femininity, refinement and reshaping. We replaced her dorsal hump with a generous slope. The projection of her nose has been reduced and her tip gently repositioned. Her results are very feminine and aesthetically flattering. Before and after closed rhinoplasty pictures are 8 weeks apart.
