Before and After Revision Rhinoplasty Surgery with Dr. Philip Solomon of Toronto. Our patient is a 57 year old female patient underwent a Revision African American Rhinoplasty to improve the outcome from her previous rhinoplasty surgery 24 years ago. She wanted the synthetic implant on her nasal bridge removed and replaced with a cadaveric rib graft to achieve a more natural nasal shape.
