This patient sought a revision rhinoplasty surgery with Dr. Philip Solomon to repair or improve results from a prior rhinoplasty surgery. A revision rhinoplasty can be be more challenging due to the presence of scar tissue, which can make the separation and repositioning of the remaining cartilage and bones technically more difficult.
