Before and After Nasal Tip Plasty with Dr. Philip Solomon of Toronto. This patient is a 23 year old young woman who underwent a closed rhinoplasty to address multiple concerns with her nasal appearance. Her main goals were to address the shape of her nasal tip, the removal of her dorsal bump and drooping nasal tip. The nasal tip was reshaped and modified for a more feminine and triangulated nasal appearance.
