Before and After Neck Lift surgery with Dr. Philip Solomon of Toronto. This 43 year old female patient was not yet ready for a deep plane facelift, but instead wanted a less invasive procedure to address the changes to her neck shape. We performed a submentalplasty combined with neck liposuction and facetite, all of which address different anatomical concerns. We removed the excess fat, tightened the playtysmal bands and treated the skin with bipolar radio frequency. This combination of procedures can provide a dramatic outcome.
