This young women underwent rhinoplasty and chin implant surgery. The procedure is a common combination procedure to enhance facial proportions. An anatomic conforming implant was used to increase projection of the chin. Reduction rhinoplasty was carried out. The results are dramatic yet natural. Dr Solomon will evaluate your case and see if you are a candidate for chin implantation surgery.
