Deep Plane Facelift with Chin Implant: This beautiful 53 year old patient was very unhappy with her aging jawline and also experiencing chin recession which commonly occurs as a natural part of the aging process in both men and women. Dr. Philip Solomon carried out a Deep Plane Facelift to reduce the appearance of her sagging jowls. This technique gives a natural looking lift to her entire face; her cheeks have been extenuated and enhanced as a result of her facelift surgery. Chin augmentation was also carried out providing greater projection and structure to the jawline and chin. She now looks 15 years younger without any signs of cosmetic enhancement or surgery.
