Deep Plane Facelift Before and After with Dr. Philip Solomon, Toronto. Our lovely patient in her 60’s, came to us to address her aging face. We recommended a combination of surgeries, including a Deep Plane Facelift, Chin Augmentation and Morpheus8. The Deep Plane Facelift technique addresses the mid-face, lower-face and neck, removing excess skin while tightening and securing underlying muscles and other structures for long-term and very natural looking results. It’s not uncommon for the chin to slightly recess as we age; a chin implant can help provide more structure and projection, providing youth and facial contour. Morpheus8 helps stimulate the production of collagen, a key component to improving skin quality, helping it become healthy looking in appearance.
