This women had a relatively small chin and extreme laxity of her neck skin. She underwent chin implantation and facelift and neck lift surgery. Her results show a dramatic result achieved with this procedure. Her incisions are hard to detect after she healed. Her case is an example of someone who has severe neck laxity and poor neck contour with the aging process.
