Before and After Deep Plane Facelift surgery with Dr. Philip Solomon of Toronto. Our 42 year old patient underwent a vertical extended deep plane facelift 4 weeks ago to address skin laxity and neck shape. Her results are natural without appearing operated on. We also performed an upper blepharoplasty to remove excess skin from her upper eyelids that was sitting heavily on her eyelids. She now looks more youthful and refreshed.
