Before and After a Deep Plane Facelift with Dr. Philip Solomon of Toronto. Our patient is a 67 year old female patient who wanted to address the skin laxity of her lower face and neck, upper eyelids as well as her skin quality. We performed a deep plane facelift, upper blepharoplasty and C02 laser resurfacing to address all of her concerns. We elevated the underlying structures, removed excess skin and improved skin quality with a f fractionated laser that also tightens the skin.
