Before and After Lower Blepharoplasty with Dr. Philip Solomon of Toronto. Our patient is a 74 year old male who wanted to address the significant eyebags that had developed with age. We performed a lower blepharoplasty combined with fat transposition as well as fat grafting and co2 laser resurfacing which together addressed the hollowing, excess fat and skin laxity.
