Blepharoplasty - Before & After
Before and After Upper and Lower Blepharoplasty with Dr. Philip Solomon of Toronto. Our patient is a 50 year old female who wanted to rejuvenate both her upper and lower eyelids. She was experiencing moderate hooding of the upper eyelids as well as hollowing of the lower eyelids combined with protruding fat pads. We performed an upper blepharoplasty to remove excess skin, a lower blepharoplasty to remove excess fat pads, co2 laser for skin laxity and fine lines and fat grafting to add volume to the hollowing in the tear troughs.
