Before and After Blepharoplasty Surgery with Dr. Philip Solomon of Toronto. Our patient is a 73 year old male patient who underwent Lower Blepharoplasty surgery to address his aging eyelids. His main concern were the lower eyelids where excess fat pads had developed creating a tired and aged appearance. Dr. Solomon performed lower blepharoplasty using the transconjuctival approach, avoiding any need for external incisions.
