Before and After Upper and Lower Blepharoplasty with Dr. Philip Solomon. This 62 year old male visited with Dr. Solomon to discuss both his upper and lower eyelids. He was bothered by the excess hooding of the upper eyelids and the excessive bags of the lower eyelids. We then proceeded to discuss his lower face and neck as the natural aging process had caused this region of the face to present with skin laxity. He underwent Upper and Lower Blepharoplasty with CO2 Laser Resurfacing of the lower eyelids as well as a deep plane facelift. His results are quite dramatic as the excess fat helped blend the upper cheek with the lower eyelids for a more refreshed and rejuvenated appearance. His upper eyelids appear less heavy and tired.
