Buccal Fat Extraction - Before & After

Before and After Buccal Fat Removal with Dr. Philip Solomon of Toronto. This young woman wanted to address her facial contour with a minimally invasive procedure. We performed buccal fat removal under local anesthesia in a 45 minute surgery. The goal of this procedure is to remove excess fat in the lower cheeks to reshape the face, giving it a more heart shaped appearance. Recovery time from this procedure ranges from 7-10 days. Early results are visible at 4 weeks post-op with final results at 3 months post-op. Before and after Buccal Fat Removal with Dr. Philip Solomon are 4 weeks apart.
