Before and After Rhinoplasty Surgery with Dr. Philip Solomon of Toronto. Our patient is a lovely 42 year old female who underwent facial rejuvenation surgery inclusive of a mini deep plane facelift, brow lift and rhinoplasty. She wanted to feminize her nasal appearance and refine its shape for a more youthful appearance. Closed Rhinoplasty was carried out to achieve this result.
