Rhinoplasty - Before & After

Before and after Rhinoplasty surgery with Dr. Philip Solomon. This young girl is 17 years of age and wanted a dramatic change to the shape of her nasal appearance. The patient presented with nasal tip ptosis and a dorsal hump. The surgery was carried out under general anesthesia. Her dorsal hump was removed, the nasal tip was significantly rotated and the length of the nasal bridge shortened. Before and after Rhinoplasty pictures with Dr. Philip Solomon are 6 weeks apart.
