Before and After Rhinoplasty with Chin Implant performed by Dr. Philip Solomon of Toronto. Our patient is a beautiful 31 year old female who came to us with concerns about her facial balance. She wanted to improve her profile with rhinoplasty, for a more refined nasal appearance and with chin augmentation to improve chin projection. Closed rhinoplasty was carried out with chin implant surgery, utilizing a silicone chin implant to achieve this result.  Before and after Rhinoplasty with Chin Implant pictures with Dr. Philip Solomon are 2 years apart.
