Narrowing of a wide nose
This case demonstrates a rhinoplasty performed to narrow a wide nasal bridge and create a defined nasal tip. This female patients nose had a soft ill defined nasal tip. With an extended nasal tip graft a new tip was created. Her nasal bridge was also refined.
