Rhinoplasty - Before & After
This young women underwent cosmetic septorhinoplasty and chin implant surgery in Toronto Canada by DR P Solomon.
The surgery was performed to enhance this young womens chin and nose. her nasal bridge was lowered and the nose was refined. The chin was enhanced with an anatomic silistic chin implant. The chin implant was placed through a small external incision hidden just below the chin. You can see how the enhancement of this patients chin balances her facial proportions.
The chin should project a few mm behind the lower lip.
