Rhinoplasty - Before & After
This man was not happy with the overall size and shape of his nose and requested a reductive rhinoplasty. He met with Dr. Philip Solomon and reviewed his concerns and goals for surgery.
In a closed rhinoplasty surgery, Dr. Solomon reduced the size of the nose, removed the dorsal hump and lifted the nasal tip by a few millimetres. The end result is a strong, masculine nose that retains his natural appearance yet eliminates the previous focal points of the nose. Before and after male rhinoplasty pictures were taken 6 weeks apart.
