Rhinoplasty - Before & After
Before and After Open Rhinoplasty Surgery with Dr. Philip Solomon of Toronto. This patient is a 42 year old female who wanted a dramatic change to her nasal shape. She wanted a smaller, cuter nasal appearance that would be in keeping with her other facial features. She originally underwent a closed rhinoplasty one year prior which achieved a very natural nasal appearance. She wanted a more sculpted nasal shape so we carried out a revision open rhinoplasty to achieve this result.
