A closed rhinoplasty and tip plasty were performed on this lovely young woman who shared her goals for a more feminine and refined nasal appearance.  Dr. Philip Solomon outlined her rhinoplasty treatment plan prior to rhinoplasty surgery at his Toronto clinic. An osteotomy was carried out to the narrow the nasal bridge. The prominence of the nose was lessened as the nasal bridge was shortened and a very gentle slope was created for a more attractive nasal appearance. This patient is 4 weeks following rhinoplasty surgery.
