This 32 year old female patient was initially looking to improve her facial harmony. She underwent a primary rhinoplasty and chin implant surgery with Dr. Philip Solomon in Toronto. One year following her surgical procedure she was then treated with facial fillers to add volume under the eyes, on the cheekbones and lips. Filler was also added to the jawline for additional structure and definition. 1 year post-op.
