Reduction Rhinoplasty in a women with thick nasal skin. She was adviced of limitations of rhinoplasty surgery in thick skin patients. She obtained a significant improvement in her nasal aesthetics from closed rhinoplasty surgery. Her nasal tip was reduced, her hump was reduced and her nasal bones were narrowed. Her skin was also debulked.
