This young women has sustained injury to her nose at a young age. She developed nasal stenosis. The nostril was very small and she had trouble breathing through it. Reconstructive septrhinoplasty with composite cartilage and skin graft from her ear was carried out to improve increase her nostril size and enhance breathing.
