This young woman in her 20’s had undergone a Primary Rhinoplasty 2 years prior with another surgeon. The patients cartilage had been removed from her nasal bridge solely. Her revision rhinoplasty consisted of adding 2 grafts to the upper portion of her nasal bridge while also reducing its length. The nasal tip was repositioned and reshaped as well.
