This male patient is one month post-op from Revision Rhinoplasty. His initial surgery included an overall reduction in the size of his nose. He wanted to remove his dorsal bump, eliminate the droopy tip, and shorten the bridge. He underwent revision rhinoplasty to further lift the columella and refine the nasal bridge.
