Before and After Rhinoplasty with Dr. Philip Solomon of Toronto. This 27 year old young woman of east indian descent, underwent closed rhinoplasty to address several issues. Her main concerns were her dorsal hump (bump) and drooping nasal tip. We addressed all her concerns with a closed rhinoplasty, trimming excess cartilage and suturing for refinement. The nasal bridge was shaved to eliminate the hump while also creating a gentle slope for a more feminine shaped nose. The nasal tip was also repositioned, giving it elevation for further refinement. Before and after rhinoplasty pictures are 5 months apart.
