Before and after Rhinoplasty surgery with Dr. Philip Solomon of Toronto. This 23 year old female patient expressed her goals for surgery; to remove the dorsal hump, lift the nasal tip and gain a slope in the nasal bridge. We performed a closed rhinoplasty in a 90 minute surgical procedure to achieve her results. As you can see, the nasal bridge has a gentle slope and a more refined aesthetic appearance. We take into account the patients other facial features when reshaping the nose to ensure we achieve optimal facial harmony. Before and after rhinoplasty pictures are 6 weeks apart.
