Before and After Male Rhinoplasty with Dr. Philip Solomon of Toronto. Dr. Philip Solomon is best known for his work in rhinoplasty, including ethnic, revision and reconstruction. In the case of this young man, 18 years of age, he came to us with a broken nose and breathing issues. In a combined septorhinoplasty procedure, we address those concerns while also modifying his nasal shape. His nose looks natural and masculine, his breathing is improved and the nasal bridge has been straightened. Before and after closed rhinoplasty is 6 weeks apart.
