Before and After Rhinoplasty with Dr. Philip Solomon of Toronto. This delightful 25 year old woman is now 12 months post-op following closed rhinoplasty. At this stage of the healing process, the nose is typically considered healed, however in some cases more time is needed depending on the patients’ anatomy. In this patients’ case, her nose has improved her facial harmony considerably as we minimized the projection of the nasal tip, shortened the nasal bridge and removed the dorsal hump that was causing an imbalance to her profile. She looks natural and feminine with her new nasal appearance. Before and after closed rhinoplasty pictures are one year apart.
